rewrite core to scala3; disable temporarily js and jvmp stuff; update to scala3;
remove anyvals and recursive stuff as no Mirror is generated for them;
create micro example-ish test;

Kinda WIP for now, Scala.JS is yet to be done.
But it works, unexpectedly, for usual cases the support is complete.
Some cases like AnyVals or shapeless tags support had to be removed.
For some reason, some things just don't work and I currently don't have time to fix them. I'll check them later.
