Draft section on children presentational true #177

Design patterns for roles that make their children presentational all need to explain that such elements cannot have semantic children as this has design consequences.

Draft a section explaining this topic so it can be referenced from those patterns.

For issue #79, added a section describing the presentation role, its uses, and the rules that govern its effects.

For issue #177, drafted a section informing readers that some roles automatically cause descendants to have role presentation and illustrating what that means.
