please could you consider weakening the requirements for the dependency versions?
In majority of cases having version bigger or equal to minimum version with required features is enough.
I have lowered the minimum version of xmltodict to 0.12.0, as that is the version available in current distributions (for example Fedora 37) and it still works.
I have omited the configparser version as it is embedded in python3, but it is not announced with separate version.
With python3 it is not possible to fulfill the version requirement to be bigger than 4.0.
