Several layouts, patterns, and templates rely on a 21:9 aspect ratio. Right now, I'm doing "close enough" or using the Core 16:9 ratio for some things. I might consider a custom class as a stop-gap measure, but the long-term hope is for WordPress to support custom aspect ratio presets.
