翻译得很棒，只说一个很频繁的小问题，就是翻译上的不一致：比如 proposal 有时候翻译为提议，有时候又翻译为提案，更准确的应该是提案；还有 Gregorian calendar 同时存在“格里高利历法”和“公历”两种翻译，格里高利历法应该指的就是现行的公历，这里可以都统一翻译为“公历”；还有就是 stage 2，存在“第 2 阶段”和“第二阶段”两种翻译，我觉得这里不要出现数字比较好，当然具体看你自己的想法，但是务必要保持一致，用数字就都用数字，用汉字也同理。
