- adding directory stubs, most conveniently built by Xcode - added docreport.bash and docbuild.bash for local script execution to generate documentation archives. docbuild.bash also generates symbols - extended .gitignore to allow for local CLI builds without cluttering things up - established super-basic (POC really) documentation structure (curation) for the low-level library.
