This issue is about improvements that we can apply to the website on Webflow to enhance multiple factors e.g. SEO and Performance

Chiltern is on the CMS legacy plan, which includes 200GB of bandwidth. When Webflow ends this plan, they will need to move to the new CMS plan, which will meet their needs since their current bandwidth usage is under 50GB.

However, we should optimize usage by making some improvements to keep bandwidth within the limit.

• - [ Add Global canonical tag URL ]
• - [ Enable Auto-generate sitemap ]
• - [ Ensure website is added to Google Search Console and Bing Webmaster Tools ]
• - [ Minify CSS ]
• - [ Check for unnecessary custom code and clear it ]
• - [ Ensure GDPR-compliance with the current cookie setup ]
• - [ Unpublish draft pages such as development folder and empty pages ]
• - [ Compress all assets to be in AVIF format ]
• - [ Unpublish empty collection pages to clear the sitemap.xml ]
• - [ Clear unused styles ]
• - [ Clear unused interactions ]

@AbdelhalimOJ - what do we need to set this up on Bing Webmaster + Google Console? Can we do this from our end or do we need CMT to set up accounts and share the details?

Yes @cyberteenie we need CMT to set up the accounts and share the DNS record to be added in the domain registrar panel. Do we have access to the domain registrar?
