GPIO_STM32_SWJ should not be purely removed but a smooth deprecation/transition mecanism should be considered for existing users.

Move choice GPIO_STM32_SWJ to a dt property of pinctrl node.

Additional context
Delayed due to stm32 pinmux/pinctrl coexistence
