riscv and xtensa does not support this test, so exclude it

how did you come to this conclusion? This test has been running on platforms of said architectures for a while, i.e. on emulation and qemu.

Thank you Anas. You are right. I misunderstand the comments in the function of entry_cpu_exception.
I'll close this PR.
