v0.2.0a-alpha changes

Added !gift (optional: , default 1) - gift another playing player with item
Added !vendor (optional: , default 1) - sells an item to the vendor for their selling price
Added !value - gets the value of the target item, that will be the amount of coins you get when selling it to the vendor

v0.1.2b-alpha changes

Changed to use the pre-release of Twitchlib (v3.0.6) to hopefully get it more stable.

To use the bot, first update the settings.json before running it.

Set the twitchBotAuthToken to the token you can get from https://twitchtokengenerator.com/ <-- Just select 'chat bot'
Set the twitchChannel to your Twitch channel
