Project Management Process

Project Management will be done in the GitHub Project Tool. The Programming Team Leader and Mentors will do all the planning, scheduling and assigning of tasks in the tool. Tasks should be broken into weekly goals for short development sprints.

Team Members should regularly check the project for updated task assignments and due dates. Team members do NOT change the project, but communicate concerns to the Programming Team Leader or Mentors. Team Members can write issues to be sorted and assigned by the Programming Team Lead.
