3. Software Issue Tracking Process
Tracking new feature ideas, improvements and bugs will be done with the Issue feature of the repository. Team members can add new issues to describe any change they would like to see in the code. A descriptive title and a detailed description of the change should be included. Team members do NOT attempt to categorize, schedule or assign issues.
The Programming Team Lead will categorize, schedule and assign the issue to a team member. The Programming Team Lead or Mentors will add the appropriate prefix of the form [Label-SubLabel-SubSubLabel] as needed to break work into small enough tasks.
