LifeSpan is set to 30 and overrides the decal stay time setting, does not affect other decal stay times
Idea behind this addition, is to add a dev specific material that makes the bullet impacts far more visible that before.
Reasoning for this is that it is quite hard to see your bullet impacts or spray patterns when testing out weapons, this change would make them more visible, allowing you to better understand your spread or recoil on the weapon.
DOES NOT come with a specific texture set to this material, you have to make a texture in your myLevel package and attach EST_Custom05 too it.
