According to this: https://leanpub.com/imagine_a_world Leanpub books we considered to be free because their minimum price was $0 now require a subscription. Authors have to opt out of a revenue pool to keep their books free. So we need to remove the no-longer-free books from our lists.

Please keep small numbers of deletions in each PR, The books with free html versions are considered free (access to it */read endpoint is allowed)
