not build on tags, release already built in future
currently 2 builds happen, one for the main branch, one for the tag. this should not be necessary, one build is sufficient, producing a verison including the git hash. this can be converted to a release later on, and ripme.json updated to this build. the release procedure is thus: first commit, and let it build, second, create a tag like '2.0.4' and mark the release as official, then push an updated ripme.json with the version 2.0.4-12-487e38cc to trigger clients prompting to updating ifself when it is run.

reddit sanitize filename, fixes #82
sanitize now does not care about / in filenames any more, it is a subdirectory then. in case some pieces of code rely on replacing a /, fix it later and different.

releasing again 2.1.4 as github download link includes the tag name, and the java code uses the git hashed tag to strip out the semantic version. download link: https://github.com/ripmeapp2/ripme/releases/download/2.1.4/ripme-2.1.4-38-836a7494.jar which the code calculates.

permit to override the jgitver version
for packaging a tar ball, jgitver takes the default version of 0.0.0, not practical. putting a version into a file would be possible, but we try to produce a new version with every commit, which then can be released if tests pass, without rebuild. this means the source code should NOT have the version in the commit, but derived. for tar balls, we know the name of the tar, so its easy to set the same version in a script, or put a desired version. pay attention, that ripme checks the version towards github, and suggests an update, if the running version is less than the released one. fixes #145.

Refactor DanbooruRipper to use OkHttpClient
Replaced the existing request method in the DanbooruRipper class with OkHttpClient for better performance. Implemented error handling and response checking to ensure the http connection's success. The request headers were also updated to optimize and secure the connection. Add OkHttp dependency in build.gradle.kts
A new implementation line was added to the build.gradle.kts file for OkHttp library. This change is needed in order to extend the project's capabilities for HTTP network requests for ones with encryption/compression.

Update regex pattern in getTag method
The regular expression pattern used to match tags in URLs in the DanbooruRipper class's getTag method has been updated. Handles both /posts?tags=rakeemspoon&z=2 and /posts?tags=rakeemspoon ([^&]*) -> anything but & (?:&z=([0-9]+))? -> optional regex -> if & exists, then we check z=numbers

java uses ietf-bcp-47 lanauge tags, which are strings separated by -. resource bundle names are _ separated. porrisavo not fixed, this is a one person artificial dialect from finish cities of pori and savo.
