This component establishes a connection between the newer AAOS Volvo cars and Home Assistant via MQTT.
F2BEV is a network for Bird's Eye View (BEV) generation from surround-view fisheye camera images for automated driving.
Retrieve statistics about your Volvo from the Volvo On Call (VOC) online service No license, public domain, and no guarantees, feel free to use it for anything. Please contribute improvements/bug fixes etc.
Also contains an MQTT gateway for publishing information and bidirectional communication with e.g. Home Assistant.
Links to open-source libraries used by Volvo Group in embedded systems.
If required by an applicable open-source software license, open-source software libraries used by the Volvo Group in embedded systems can be found here or – if not published here – be requested by sending an email to [email protected], specifying the requested open source software library, after which the source code will be conveyed to you in a manner consistent with the applicable open source software license. Please note that if the open source software is conveyed on a physical medium, you may be charged a cost corresponding to our reasonable cost for conveying the source code to you in such medium.
This is a plugin for Homebridge, allowing you to control your Volvo car, and aims to replicate most of the functionality from the official Volvo On Call app.
Collaborative research project between Volvo Cars USA & Sweden, UC Berkeley, and Chalmers University.
Simple Arduino + MCP2004 based reader. Reads steering wheel keys via LIN bus.
Firmware for Arduino Due is connected to the car's CAN bus (both high-speed and low-speed) and a small 2.4" LCD display, which fills in an empty space on aftermarket 2DIN fascia.
A research project grew out of curiosity. Cracks 6 bytes of pin code via High-Speed CAN-bus in under 20 minutes.
Stock ignition map for Volvo B230 FT/FK engines with the 148 EZK ignition box. The timing map from the 148 EZK box: It seems that it is based on MAF load %, so 255 Kpa is 100%. 30 Kpa is 0%.
Arduino project to power a volvo DIM outside of the car. Tested on a 2007 S60R DIM Tested on a 2005 S80 DIM
🟢 Fully tested and working
A green circle means the hardware electronics or the programming code was fully tested, each of its functionalities and capabilities. And it can be installed in a vehicle. Keep in mind this does not mean errors won't happen. As in everything related to electronics and software, there are revisions and updates. This open hardware is no different.
💯 Fully tested & working, no improvements necessary - already being sold online
🆓 Fully Open hardware \ source code
🤪 There's better than this. don't use it
🔐 Fully closed hardware \ source code
⚡️ fully tested and working, however, it is a dangerous solution to deploy
🟡 Not tested. Working capability is unknown, it may work or not.
A yellow circle means the hardware electronics or the programming code was not fully tested, each of its functionalities and capabilities. This does not mean it not working, it simply means testing is needed before giving a green circle of approval.
🔴 Fully tested but not working.
A red circle means the hardware electronics or the programming code was fully tested, and found some kind of critical error or fault. This means the electronics or firmware code cannot be used in a vehicle.
⌛ Not started.
The hourglass means the hardware electronics or the programming hasn't started. Most likely because is waiting for the necessary test components needed for reverse engineering and also engineering of the new open solution.
