🗣 Description

This pull request updates the Docker composition to use the latest version of the cisagov/trustymail_reporter Docker image.

💭 Motivation and context

The new version of functionally the same as the last version, but it fixes some build errors and warnings that have cropped up. See cisagov/trustymail_reporter#120 for more details.

🧪 Testing

All automated tests pass. I also did a full Trustworthy Email reporting run with the new Docker image and verified that it functions as expected.

The latest version is the same, except that some build errors were
fixed.  See cisagov/trustymail_reporter#120 for more details.
