@seamuslee001 Thank you for backporting this.

I did an r-run on a site with the legacy file format wp-content/plugins/files/civicrm that also used [civicrm.files] for the directories and resource urls. No overrides.

Upgrade successful, no warnings or issues with paths or URLs.

This looks good to merge.
