  • Rename locale files from xx_XX.h to xx-XX.h
  • Enable building different languages for IRrecvDumpV2 via platformio.
  • IRrecvDumpV2: Add Comments and add back "Raw Timing" as legacy option.
  • Clean up platformio.ini files.
