@lewing @radical @steveisok this emsdk deps flow is showing the following error in wasm CI legs. Can you please take a look?:

src/mono/mono.proj(210,5): error : (NETCORE_ENGINEERING_TELEMETRY=Build) Expected and actual version of WASI SDK does not match. Please delete /usr/local/wasi-sdk/ folder to provision a new version.

@carlossanlop #92232 should fix it. Feel free to fast track it

Thanks, @steveisok! Let's wait for the wasi-wasm linux legs to finish in that PR. If green, I'll merge it and then I'll update this branch.

Manually triggered the last batch to ensure we consume the recently merged backports from dotnet/roslyn-analyzers: https://github.com/dotnet/roslyn-analyzers/commits/release/8.0.1xx

@steveisok @lewing @radical I am seeing additional emsdk failures showing up. Can you please take a look tomorrow first thing in the morning? Ubfortunately I have not snapped rc2 due to this and other PRs that need to get resolved and merged.

The Tensors failure is unrelated, it was introduced in #92245

it looks like the emsdk flow now has rtm versions which we don't want in rc2, cc @steveisok

This commit matches the one I merged: dotnet/source-build-reference-packages#788

There is a CI failure that I assume will go away once I merge my other PR that updates the version of the intellisense package:

.packages/microsoft.dotnet.arcade.sdk/8.0.0-beta.23463.1/tools/SourceBuild/AfterSourceBuild.proj(68,5): error : (NETCORE_ENGINEERING_TELEMETRY=AfterSourceBuild) 1 new pre-builts discovered! Detailed usage report can be found at /__w/1/s/artifacts/source-build/self/prebuilt-report/baseline-comparison.xml.
See https://aka.ms/dotnet/prebuilts for guidance on what pre-builts are and how to eliminate them.
Package IDs are:
Microsoft.Private.Intellisense.8.0.0-preview-20230828.1

Sigh... lots of infra failures due to The resource cannot be found.. I'm tempted to ignore them. I don't want the bot to update the PR again and restart the CI.

Merging as the CI was almost done and there was only an expected Microsoft.Private.Intellisense failure that this PR would resolve.
