Make repository layout match https://github.com/eth-clients/mainnet: * rename folder to `metadata` * remove `boot_enr.txt` (duplicate of `bootstrap_nodes.txt`) * remove `deploy_block` (duplicate of `deposit_contract_block.txt`)

This is no factor for Prysm. @barnabasbusa has already submitted the required changes in prysmaticlabs/prysm#14057 and we can update our reference commit once this PR merges. |
