Now that we're able to create build targets for the package (#14) we need to be able to release to NPM. We should set up semantic-release to automatically release with every PR merge.

They have a recipe for setting up with Travis CI here: https://github.com/semantic-release/semantic-release/blob/caribou/docs/recipes/travis.md#multiple-node-jobs-configuration
