To clarify, if you give less than $10 per week, your tips will add up until they are worth $10 at least, then you will be charged and the money delivered to the teams you give to.

Is there a case where any money would be leftover in your Gratipay account from charging, or only from taking? In the taking case, you will only receive a payout if you have more than PayPal's minimum ($___), otherwise it stays there.
