[BUG]: Adding missing nav menus

Current Issues:

• When we navigate to Offers, the Rate Us menu is not present.

• When we navigate to Contact Us, the Rate Us menu is not present.

I request the project admins @khushi-joshi-05 and @sunny0625 to assign me this issue.
