Steps to reproduce:

  1. Start example OpenFin app
  2. Create child window
  3. Snap two windows together
  4. Click leave group from one of the windows

Reproducible in runtime 9.61.38.40 but not 9.61.36.36. Current workaround is to downgrade referenced runtime to 9.61.36.36.

As windows leave groups the frame is re-enabled. The snap layout manager will need to listen for windows leaving groups and re-enable the disabled frame api.
