This PR is tested with the
drupal-skeletonon palantirnet/drupal-skeleton#126Remaining tasks
.circleci/config.ymlso CircleCI uses thedevelopbranch of thedrupal-skeletonfor testing. (This will fail until test drupal 10 drupal-skeleton#126 is merged.No it won't, because it is still compatible with D9.)
