Update River and SectionIntro default link colors to blue

Summary

Resolves #770

Updates River and SecitonIntro default link colors to blue, to match Card and Pillar.

List of notable changes:

• Updated default bento storybook example (now shows its default blue)
• Updated River to use blue link by default
• Updated SectionIntro to use blue link by default

What should reviewers focus on?

• Did I miss any components?
• Left breadcrumbs, sub-nav and other components out of scope

1. Use visual diffs in 'Files changes' tab
