[1.4.0] High CPU usage #328
Comments
This is happening in 1.4.0 as well for me. Radiant Player sits at around 80-90% CPU most of the time. |
Same for me, left open for more than half an hour it takes 90-100% cpu usage. Using 1.4, on mac osx 10.10.4. |
Are you using the Black style or the normal Google "style"? |
Google style. On Mon, 8 Jun 2015 05:35 Sajid Anwar [email protected] wrote:

Black style for me |
Same for me when using the latest 1.4 version with standard google theme. |
Seeing this issue too. Using default theme. |
I'm also seeing very high CPU usage, using default theme Unrelated: How do you change themes? |
Guys, I think he gets the point. We don't need more "me too's" unless you have something else to add about it. @moezbhatti in preferences (cmd+.) |
EDIT: #308 report this problem too. |
Don't show mini player in menu bar "fixed" it for me. At least Radiant Player is useable again. |
I've never used the mini player and I'm still experiencing this using the Google style (~60-70% CPU usage) |
CPU usage when not playing anything hovers around 1%, but when playing it hovers closer to 8-10%, with the flash plugin using around 4%. However, after a long time spent open, with the computer sleeping in between usage (probably 2-3 days, not sure how long it takes to get to this point) Radiant Player starts using around 85% CPU.
