Currently the JSON schema for collection does not allow much dates field, while they are defined for items. Many dates defined at https://github.com/radiantearth/stac-spec/blob/master/item-spec/json-schema/datetime.json whould be valuable at collection level (e.g: last time a collection has been updated)
