looking at rust-lang/rust#117495 this explanation feels misleading, maybe
Struct<.., Pi, .., Pj, ..>: Unsize<Struct<.., Ui, .., Uj, ..>> where TailField<Pi, .., Pj>: Unsize<Ui, .., Uj>
allows the tail field of a struct to be unsized.
