Generate docs

Wasn't able to generate docs with Python 3.12 because lazydocs is broken ml-tooling/lazydocs#69

Failed to generate docs for module maybe: AttributeError("'FileFinder' object has no attribute 'find_module'")

...and I'm too lazy to setup Python 3.11 right now.

I'll revisit this in future, hopefully lazydocs is fixed for 3.12 by then.

If someone reads this and they have Python 3.11 or older installed, you're welcome to do make docs and create a new PR to complete this work.

@francium, I'm happy to pick this up once #11 is done. I have 3.11 installed and successfully generated the docs, but #11 also adds lazydocs to the dependencies, so once it lands, I'll generate the docs and open a new PR to add the generated docs.
