Bug Fix: Force stop runnning project on New Project #2926

Issue Reference: #2925

  • Force stops the already running project.
  • Displays the stopped project and then opens the new project.
  • End Result:
final.mp4

Please share feedback and suggestions @walterbender @meganindya.

Question: How about we clear the background artwork (made by running the project) on Stopping?

Example of background not clearing after STOP:

I don't thin we should clear the background. It could be someone whats to create artwork that combines multiple projects. They can always use Erase if they need to clear the background. FWIW, running the new project will in many cases reset the position of the mouse/turtle.
