Geo-area Unpublished Issues

• Fixed unpublished geo areas being accessible across projects.
• Added isPublished filter in the regions list query to ensure proper handling of unpublished geo areas.

Browser Compatibility

• Added proper messaging for non-compatible browsers when not using Google Chrome.

OCR Filter

• Fixed the hide/unhide functionality for OCR items and entries.

Geo Area Status and Retrigger
