This just cleans things up a bit to keep everything up to date. I looked over all the revision notes, and in some cases the commits between releases, and all these bumps look sane. I also ran all of the gulp tasks (except for
gulp spec-serveras noted in pivotal-cf/pui-react-tools#32). I did not bump react dependencies or babel-loader, which will make more sense to do once we're consuming a pui-react-starter that includes pivotal-cf/pui-react-tools#34
