Update IRMQTTServer to use latest API for common ac #928

  • Make the changes needed to use the common a/c api which uses an internal state.
  • Bump version number

I have read through it, but my C++ is not sharp enough to follow it all the way through without some more reading/testing. :/

But as always, I like the way it's heading! :)
