URGENT : Panos and John should contact Marian about what needs to be included in the Badminton contract. It is a blocker for the contract. This week it should be done if possible.

We mentioned about the contract review. We must gather all the questions/remarks until Wednesday and send it to them.

Review the contract and sent comments/remarks, as well.
We discussed multiple proposals about the event management fee. A fixed amount, a lower / upper limit and the option to excuse part of the fee if the shit hits the fan.

Seperate deal with the catering (as stated in the contract). We might get a discount or other customizations. We don't need a whole contract for simple things. A simple offer would do.
If we need extra catering we need to put it in the Badminton contract. Even as an amendment.
Add a question to the ticket about interest for light lunch.

1 month till they reply (from the time we send the data). So start thinking about it.

All tickets should have VAT (@apantsiop and Sissy came to that conclusion, while the accountant was reluctant to decide and advised us to put VAT to all tickets. @apantsiop comment: the accountant was right but for the wrong reasons, the fact that we need a 3rd opinion bothers me).

We had some serious talk about volunteers/helpers. Make clear intentions (again!!!). The issue came up while discussing the spouse side event. The girl that they met last week was not in the travel business as they thought (as did @vvatikiotis or @apantsiop). We are putting more than one party to do the same job (already paid by us). Discuss on next meeting.
They asked about the party. Advice: March is the latest to decide how/when due to booking reasons.
For all the other things (whatever) it would be good to start checking now so that some of the work is being done now with no rush i.e. parallelize
