show wheel rotation in visualizer (ros-pkg ticket #338)

Because the wheels are in one color, its hard to see which way they are rotating. Some additional texture on the wheels might help.

[jfaust] I added some texture to the wheels... you can now see them moving quite easily. Note that since I am a programmer, they still aren't pretty.
