Setup and review agenda -- 3 minutes.

Should we change the meeting time for 2019?

Start at 10:03 -- 7 minutes.

  • Many factors that landed the group on its current meeting have changed.
  • Some people have recently asked to consider different times.
  • If we run a pole, it would be good to start with a short list of likely good candidate times.

Updated Release 3 Schedule

Start at 10:10 -- 5 minutes.

  • Monday December 17: Last day to start final editorial reviews for New patterns, examples, and guidance sections.
  • Tuesday Jan 8: Final reviews close; approved changes are merged to master, change logs are complete.
  • Wednesday Jan 9: Matt sends CFC request to Joanie.
  • Thursday Jan 10: Encourage reviews for CFC in ARIA WG meeting.
  • Wednesday Jan 16: CFC closes.
  • Thursday Jan 17: Assuming WG consensus to publish, Michael Publishes on w3.org.

  • Plan page on wiki
  • Lists content changes in priority order.
  • Need to know who will be be available to be assigned to review issues.
