Why are you renaming the app? Wouldn’t a user expect its name to be “DEVONthink Pro”, since it’s what they get when downloading manually?

Hello,

Preliminary note: there are two professional versions of DEVONthink: DEVONthink Pro and DEVONthink Pro Office.

When you download and install DEVONthink Pro Office (by the normal - not Cask - way), you end up with a DEVONthink Pro.app in the /Applications folder which is displayed as DEVONthink Pro Office in the Finder as you can see on this screenshot:

This is quite strange and I asked the reason on the forum of the editor of the software. I got this answer: http://forum.devontechnologies.com/viewtopic.php?p=88372#p88372
Very briefly, there are two version, the Pro Office one, and the Pro one. Both share the same AppleScripts and the editor found more convenient to give to the two applications the same name in order not to have to duplicate the scripts by changing only the target app.

My goal has been to replicate this behavior with the Cask install :)
