Adding a Zip file at the top level directory will allow easy access to generate external links with sas and expiration to control user generated downloadable link. (WHIch will help in any sort of one click download all mechanisms)

  • Currently only .Net API support the clear way of CloudBlobDirectory detection and use download mechanism.
  • Regarding other SDKs the download is based on the types i.e. *.extension of the file will make valid urls.
    • One cannot make a Downloadable link at the folder level, i.e. it has to be an extension file of some sort and not for the directory level.

This is partly taken care by this PR: #65 also we use archive/zip rather than command line zip along with in-memory file handling and zipping. Thanks
